Dear parents,

We have just been informed that the self-isolation period has altered from 14 days to 10 days as of Monday 14th December; this is extremely short notice for all schools. However we will be expecting year 2 children to return to school on Wednesday 16th December instead of Friday 18th December. This is the earliest that the children can return because our compulsory deep clean of the areas used by year 2 is scheduled for 14th & 15th December and cannot be altered. This will enable the children to have a school Christmas dinner if they wish as this is on Wednesday 16th December and can be ordered via the meal manager system. I apologise for the short notice with this change but we are trying to follow Government guidance as best as we can.
