The end of the girls versus boys times tables competition came to its peak on Friday 14th February with a win for the girls over the boys by around 6000 points.  There were many good performances by individuals including Kaiya, Joe, Kordian and Amelia, but the collective drive by the girls proved too great for the boys and they won well.  The girls enjoyed their prize of a video afternoon together in K.S. 1 hall, with invited boys who had performed well.  The whole point is to try to encourage everyone to improve their times tables skills and speed and in the local league table we have moved from 25th to 8th in just 2 weeks!  That is amazing and a big well done to all.  Now this term is the time for house teams to work together to perform well and win the best house competition for times tables.
