Residential at Shugborough Hall

Year 4 went to Shugborough Hall for a 3 day residential on December 11th this year and despite the atrocious weather had a really good time and took part in many team and individual challenges that stretched both mind and body.  This included caving, Crystal Maze, blind trust, rock climbing and shelter building.  The main point of the trip was to "Get out of your comfort zone", become more independent, resilient and respectful.  This all the children did in bucket loads.

So e of the highlights of the trip were the camp fire singing, Vanessa's confidence, Joshua's care in the caving and Sienna's ideas fr building shelters.  However the overall behaviour, listening skills and attentiveness of the children was exceptional and they all did so well.
